1. Orders and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice, though the price shown at checkout is the price you'll be charged. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Payments

Orders are paid for via UPI at checkout. Your order is confirmed and moved to processing once payment has been verified. If payment cannot be verified, we may contact you or cancel the order.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver every order fresh and on time to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable orders at the scheduled time.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are made fresh to order, cancellations are only possible before an order enters processing. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is not delivered, contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery so we can investigate and make it right.

5. Product Information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and dietary/allergen information accurate. However, actual products may vary slightly in appearance. If you have a specific allergy or dietary concern, please contact us before ordering to confirm suitability.

6. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and branding — belongs to Amor Cakes & Chocolates unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amor Cakes & Chocolates is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site or its products, beyond the value of the order in question.
